The Reading Room
Small steps. Regular Spaces. Lasting Growth.
What is the Reading Room?
The Reading Room is a monthly guided learning experience inspired by influential books on personal growth, emotional wellbeing, mindset, self-awareness, habits, confidence, relationships and living with intention.
Each month we explore a carefully selected book and unpack its most powerful ideas, practical tools and key lessons. Whether you've read every page, started but never finished, or haven't opened the book at all, you're warmly welcome.
This isn't about analysing books. It's about exploring ideas that help us understand ourselves more deeply and live more intentionally.
What Makes This Room Different?
You don't need to finish the book.
You don't need to have all the answers.
You don't even need to read it.
Participants receive a workbook containing key concepts, summaries, reflection prompts and practical exercises designed to help bring the learning into everyday life.
